In-silico Analysis and Functional Characterization of Rhizoctonia solani Effector Proteins

Sheath blight is considered the second most prevalent disease in rice with no proper resistance genes identified for its resistance. Out of 14 anastomosis groups R. solani (AG1 to AG13 and AGBI), AG1 group mostly responsible infection rice. There are many effector proteins under this group, function as transcription factors. Many bioinformatics tools available determine interaction between promoter region proteins. But an attempt use these molecular docking simulation studies, criteria like In-silico analysis validation be analyzed. The reactivity stability were evaluated physicochemically, domain prediction, secondary structure prediction using methods such Protparam, Pfam, SOPMA, respectively. These techniques found remarkably suitable characterizing protein's function. Robetta abinitio approach was used predict 3D structure, models validated SAVESv6.0 (PROCHECK) server. protein functional predictions made empirical data can shed light on studies locating binding elements regions host genes.
